The project is currently in its design and permitting phase. The project team recently completed survey work in the transmission corridor and continues to work through the design and permitting processes.
This project will require permitting under Part 102 of the New York State Codes, Rules and Regulations to proceed. For more information about permitting, please see our Project FAQ page.
